Ponder Enterprises’ first physical product, the Fidget Ki, just started with an idea, but eventually reached the level of validated product. Despite its meager 300+ lifetime sales (so far at least), the lessons learned were invaluable. It required going through a complete product lifecycle, including concept, design, prototyping, manufacturing, working with external specialists, marketing, sales, distribution/shipping, customer service, business administration, and product iteration. This broad and foundational knowledge has contributed to Ponder Enterprises’ subsequent and continuing projects.
